RECRUITMENT & TRAINING OFFICER (RTO)

General Qualifications:
A. Male / Female (for training mainly men).
B. Max Age 28 Years and Not Married.
C. Education Min S1 Psychology or Sederajatnya.
D. Min 1 year experience.
E. Value added for the trainer if ever joined EO.
F. Ready to perform official travel.
G. Ready to work under pressure.
H. Placement Office, Jakarta.

Qualifications skills:
A. Understand and master the Psychology Test Tool.
B. Understand the procedure of training (to understand TNA, making syllabus and training modules, etc.)
C. Understanding Computers (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Email, etc.)
